The Iron Neck Resistance Band Anchor

Let’s keep this first review simple. The Iron Neck Resistance Band Anchor is pretty basic – it can be useful to anchor resistance bands, isometric straps or anything else you need an anchor for to wrap around poles, rack uprights or anything else. Note: this is NOT a door anchor.

Mine was well-stiched with no loose threads or any issues. It’s a nice piece of kit, and it does the job well. It has a D ring on one side, and a loop on the other. You can pull the side with the D ring through the loop, which lets you use it on a variety of things – racks, poles, swing poles, trees – you name it.

The Iron Neck Resistance Band Anchor is strong, but the manufacturer doesn’t recommend it for for suspension, so keep that in mind.

If you need to attach anything with a carabiner to a pole, rod, tree, or so on, this is a great way to do it. I found it’s held up over a period of months to tugging, pulling and a fair amount of weight. It’s currently $9.99 at ye olde Amazon, and it’s hard to beat the price and usefulness of this item if you use a cable machine, resistance bands or straps that have carabiners.
