Iron Neck is a brand I’m familiar with – not just because of their neck exercise equipment, but because I already own their Resistance Band Anchor, which I really like. And I recently ran across their Iron Neck Door Anchor for Resistance Bands, which I like and am reviewing here.

If you use resistance bands or Isometric straps with attachment points like carabiners or hooks, this could be useful for you. Let’s take a closer look. From end to end, this is 11 inches long with a D hook on one end, and the foam thingy (stopper) that keeps it from coming through your door. The foam stopper is 2 inches wide, but unlike similar stoppers, it has a rigid plastic center keeping it from collapsing and sliding under my door.

Please note this door anchor is not made for suspension or heavy training, but it is good quality and well-made. I used it with light to medium resistance, and it worked fine.
Overall I like the Iron Neck Door Anchor for Resistance Bands, but there are some with larger stoppers, which would be useful if you have doors with larger spaces above or below them. Still, for the average user with the average door, this is a nifty piece of budget gear.
