I bought the AboveGenius 16″ Olympic Dumbbell Handles in February of 2024. I ordered them because I was looking for 16 inch loadable Olympic handles, the price was (and still is) very reasonable, and they had a good rating. I also liked the dimensions given in the pics.

When the dumbbells arrived, the box was falling apart, but the good news is that the dumbbells were in perfect condition. They had been well-packaged, which protected them well.
The knurling says it’s medium, and I find that it is; it falls between passive and aggressive, and definitely helps you keep your grip. The sleeves are 5 inches long, and the grip is also 5 inches long, which works well for me. The listing says each weighs 8.3 pounds, but mine weigh in at 7 pounds per handle, which isn’t really an issue.

The sleeve spin good – better than other budget handles I’ve owned – but it isn’t perfectly smooth. Still, for the price, it’s hard to beat.
And for value, I’d consider these have a 5 our of 5 stars – they’re not the cheapest loadable dumbbell handles around, but for the mix of quality and price, I’d say they’re a very good value.

I think it’s fair to say these are very good budget dumbbells. One thing I wasn’t crazy about is that they have a bit of rattle if you shake them, but it’s not bad. Otherwise I’d say the overall handle build quality is nice, the knurling is good, and the chrome finish has held up well. I’d consider these a 5 star product for a budget dumbbell or a 4 star product overall. You can see click to see them at Amazon, where they are still a very good price.
